Ta r\u00f5hutab, et probleem ei ole andmete puudumises, vaid killustunud s\u00fcsteemides, piiratud ligip\u00e4\u00e4sus ja liiga keerukas regulatsioonis. Seet\u00f5ttu ei j\u00f5ua v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikud terviseandmed sageli \u00f5igel ajal ega kasutataval kujul arstide, teadlaste ja otsustajateni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Artiklis pakutakse v\u00e4lja kolm peamist lahendussuunda: lihtsam \u00f5igusruum, mis v\u00f5imaldaks andmeid kiiremini ja laiemalt kasutada; \u00fchtsed andmestandardid, mis toetaksid s\u00fcsteemide koostalitlust; ning kiire pilootprojekt, mis muudaks ravikvaliteedi reaalajas n\u00e4htavaks.
